A menu designed by a Michelin star chef
'The food is a significant aspect of the patient's day at the hospital. It's part of their convalescence,
part of getting them up on their feet and ready to go home. We have a core menu in the hospital
which is designed by a Michelin star chef and in the hospital we add to that, we do our chef's
specials and a variety of other things to compliment that menu.'
Accommodating the patient's needs
'We have a dedicated team of waiters in the hospital who look after the patients from first thing in the morning,
throughout the day and the evening as well. They get to know the patients, what they like, what they don't like, what their specific needs are
and anything that the patient wants they can then relay back to us.'
